Said to live off of the west African coast , the Ambize is a species of sea serpent described as having the body of an enormous fish, the head of a pig or ox, humanoid hands in place of flippers, and a flat tail like a beaver's. Fishermen in the Congo said the flesh of the Ambize was most delicious similar to pork, and it's body fat was rendered in lard; however, these 500-pound creatures are notoriously difficult to catch. the ambize never leaves the water but will graze upon the grass growing along the riverbanks.
