Apkallu - Sent by the ancient Middle-Eastern deities to introduce society and culture to the primitive human race, these strange faery creatures resemble humanoid eagles with the tails of fish. They are mostly amphibious, and have advanced knowledge of architecture, writing and agriculture. There is currently some debate as to if they are faeries or demigods.
