Asrai - Closely related to merfolk and nixies, these nymph-like aquatic faeries live in English seas and lakes, and are described as being lithe humanoids with green hair and webbed feet, and are also known to literally melt into puddles of water if they are exposed to sunlight for too long. Their wet skin is said to be so cold that touching it burns like fire and leaves permanent marks on those who do. They sometimes attempt to lure humans into the water, but are repelled by profanity.
