Myrmecoleon or the Antlion is exactly what the name implies well at least that's what the ancient artists thought. cause an Antlion in reality isn't quite a hybrid of a ant and a lion it was described as being the lion equivalent to ants hunting them down and devouring them much like the real lion did to it's prey. clearly something got lost in translation all those years ago.
