The Tajar is described as a mix of jaguar, badger, and tiger. It has a long tail that it can swing through the trees on, and apparently likes to dance under the stars and sleeps in a hollowed out tree. It made its home near children's camps, but wasn't a good thing to have about. If you saw it, it caused instant amnesia and confusion and you forget the interaction entirely. If you saw it a second time, you forgot to forget and died. However, other than that, a Tajar was not really dangerous; it had no desire to attack or kill people and mostly tried to stay out of sight. When the camps were empty of people, Tajars felt comfortable exploring the empty buildings. They were curious and mischievous and liked to play pranks, if they could.
